2. Guest Accommodation Policies
2.1. Occupancy
• Maximum occupancy per cottage: 03 Adults
• Children below 8 years of age stay complimentary (without extra bedding)
• King Size Bed is provided in all the cottages
• Extra Bed Charges: ₹2,500 + applicable taxes (includes breakfast)
2.2. Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in Time: 14:00 hours (2:00 PM)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 hours (11:00 AM)

3. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
3.1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as applicable. Room rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2. Cancellation Policy
• No cancellation charges if cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival
• 25% cancellation charges if cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival
• No refund if cancelled within 7 days of arrival or for unused nights
• No refund for bookings during festive periods, long weekends, Christmas, New Year, or any other block-out dates, as such reservations require non-refundable advance payment

4. Resort Rules & Conduct
4.1. Smoking & Cleanliness
• Smoking, including hookah/shisha, is strictly prohibited inside all cottages (violation will result in fines)
• Guests must keep the resort clean and litter-free
• Picking flowers from the garden areas is not permitted
• Loud music or noise is not allowed at the resort premises
4.2. Linen & Towel Usage
• Towels and linen will be changed upon request only
• In support of water conservation, guests are encouraged to reuse towels and linen during their stay
4.3. Pets
• Pets are not allowed on beds, furniture, or to use towels/linen provided by the resort (violation will result in fines)
4.4. Damage to Property
Guests shall be held responsible and liable for any damage or loss caused by them to the resort’s property, furniture, equipment, or other assets.
