Refund Policy

At Amantran Resorts, we value your trust and strive to offer a transparent and reliable booking experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for reservations made directly with us or via other platforms.
By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted in accordance with our cancellation timelines and terms. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official contact email and are subject to review.

2. Standard Cancellation-Based Refunds
• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date:
✅ Full refund (excluding payment gateway fees, if any).
• Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date:
❌ 25% cancellation charges apply.
✅ 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date:
❌ No refund will be issued.
• No-shows or early check-outs:
❌ No refunds for unused nights.

3. Non-Refundable Booking Periods
During the following periods, all bookings are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made:
• Long weekends
• Festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, etc.)
• Christmas and New Year
• Other blackout periods as determined by Amantran Resorts
All such bookings require non-refundable advance payment.

4. OTA Bookings (Online Travel Agencies)
If your booking was made through a third-party platform such as:
• MakeMyTrip
• Booking.com
• Agoda
• Yatra
• Goibibo
• Expedia
• Or any other OTA
👉 You must contact the respective OTA directly for any cancellations, amendments, refunds, or support requests. The resort is not authorized to process refunds or changes for reservations made via OTAs, as their terms and payment processes may differ from our direct policies.

5. Refund Processing Time
For eligible direct bookings, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days, after verifying:
• Booking ID and guest details
• Cancellation eligibility
• Applicable deductions or penalties
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.

6. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment. If unavailable, an alternate method may be arranged upon verification, at the Resort’s discretion.

7. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
• Cancellations made post check-in
• Partial use or non-use of reserved services
• Violations of Resort rules and policies
• Discounted or last-minute deals explicitly marked as non-refundable

8. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other force majeure events beyond our control, Amantran Resorts reserves the right to:
• Offer rescheduling of the booking, or
• Issue a partial refund (if applicable)
Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

10. Policy Changes
Amantran Resorts reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will be effective from the date of posting.
